At Sitorex, we help you reduce shipping costs by combining multiple packages into a single shipment.
So, before the packages are consolidated in one container shipment, we collect them. The packages collection usually takes 4 to 5 weeks. Therefore, when your package is collected, it does not necessary mean that it will be loaded in a container the following week. It is only when we have collected enough packages that the container will be loaded.
Once, the container is loaded, it is transported to the port for a waiting period that lasts 7-10 days                   During the waiting period, the office of US Customs & Border Protection, can, at its discretion, select any question for inspection.
Please understand that, once we have loaded a container and returned it to the port, we have no control over the departure and arrival of the vessel.
